Dear Community Partner:
I am writing to introduce the Caring For Kids Exchange Club Family Center, and to request your assistance in sponsorship for our benefit concert “Kids Caring for Kids” to be held on Saturday August 16th at the new Wildwoods Convention Center in Wildwood, New Jersey. Our center looks forward to providing high quality entertainment for our young people at that time. Performing Artists currently include Aaron Carter, Jump 5, Play and Bliss featuring Scott McGinley.
Such an event definitely has the potential to serve as a parent/child activity capable of fostering family involvement. Through your assistance, you truly can help us make a difference in the lives of the families and children that we serve.
The Caring For Kids Family Center began providing child abuse prevention services to Southern New Jersey families one and a half years ago. Our center is one of over 100 centers throughout the country that functions in affiliation with the National Exchange Club and its Foundation…both organized to express their service-mission of Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention. Our Center is an independent 501(c)(3) entity and is the only such center in New Jersey.
Caring For Kids–as stated in its mission statement–“is committed to making a difference in the lives of our children and families. Through parenting classes, home visitation and community education, the Center is striving to break the cycle of child abuse and neglect–ultimately empowering parents to build healthy, non-violent, loving and productive families.”
Currently we are providing in-home visitation to 45 families, with 24 others now attending our Redirecting Children’s Behavior parenting classes, and 10 more attending our Dare To Be You parenting classes. We also service another 25 in our Family Time workshops and case-manage as many other referrals as we are able. Our waiting list confirms many other children to be helped..
Our plea to you for advocacy and help at this time, strongly affirms the human value and cost effectiveness of investing efforts up-front in child abuse prevention, rather than trying to “fix” children later on, as so often is the current practice. Further, your assistance is particularly welcome in this time of extreme anxiety in our world. As aggression is high and tempers are short, your help in both supporting our vulnerable children and in advancing the Center’s mission, would be very timely

All donations are tax deductible net proceeds go directly to the Caring For Kid’s Exchange Club Family Center.
Primarily, you are cordially invited to attend the Aaron Carter benefit concert.
Additionally, a range of sponsorship options is available (see table below). Options also include purchasing tickets for your own staff and/or scholarship tickets for some of our Caring For Kids families.
Please be assured that sponsorship of major events such as the Kids Caring For Kids concert will result in maximum publicity for you in our program book which is to be given out with each admission at the Wildwoods Convention Center–an attendance of 7000 people is anticipated for this benefit concert.
JOIN OUR BLUE RIBBON CAMPAIGN
· The Indigo-Blue Ribbon sponsor (minimum donation is $250) will pay for your business card size/ 1/8 page advertisement as well for a listing under Indigo-Blue Ribbon sponsors in our program.
· The Marine-Blue Ribbon sponsor (minimum donation is $1000) will pay your 1/4 page advertisement as well as for a listing under Marine-Blue Ribbon sponsors in our program.
· The Navy-Blue Ribbon sponsor (minimum donation is $5000) will pay for your 1/2 page advertisement as well as for a listing under Navy-Blue Ribbon sponsors in our program.
· The Twilight-Blue Ribbon sponsors (minimum donation is $10,000) will pay for an exclusive full-page advertisement display as well as for a listing under Twilight-Blue Ribbon sponsors in our program. Seating will be reserved in the first four rows in the concert hall.
· The Royal -Blue Ribbon sponsors (minimum donation of $25,000) will pay for a full-page back cover advertisement display in our program as well as for a listing under our Royal-Blue Ribbon sponsors. Seating will be reserved in the first two rows in the concert hall.
· The Sapphire-Blue Ribbon sponsors (minimum donation of $50,000) will pay for a full-page front cover advertisement display in our program as well as a listing under Sapphire-Blue Ribbon Sponsors. Seating will be reserved in the first row center stage of the concert hall.
