We’ve found Continental’s DC-10 Fleet is Most inferior, in quality passenger comfort and safety especially in long hauls.
Continental’s Baggage Handling is most severe or unfavorable and furthest from an ideal or a standard, baggage claim department in lost luggage area is least desirable and unsatisfactory in the worst manner or degree.
Continental’s history of lateness in departing and arrivals, passengers should expect at least a one hour or more delay.
Continental’s DC-10 fleet do not achieve adequate AAEG standards and found poor in maintenance.
Steward Host service is disagreeable, expect an unpleasant and disturbing treatment in Passenger Care.
Food and Drink served aboard Continental was found to be Not Fresh; but rotten or spoiled and maybe hazardous and/or detrimental to your health. On a recent Continental Flight #60 from Newark, New Jersey to Europe on October 7th, 1999 an elderly married couple were passengers, after dinner was served the Wife became so nauseated aboard, she fell unconscious both medicine and oxygen had to be administered while in flight. One good thing we can say about Continental airlines is the food being served is very small in portion.
Continental’s DC 10 fleet, Electrical systems were found Not working properly and defective and could result in being Severe, intense or fatal.

Don’t be surprised if the customer care representative hang’s up the phone on you, when you try to issue a complaint.
What’s Continentals Company attitude and reaction toward this and its passengers, it’s to be Never Sorry; nor regretful. Which is way below any Airline corporate standards. What Continental Airline does have is a great deal of arrogance.
